Connection

There are certain people in your life that you feel very connected, out of common logic such as around same age, same experience and same situation. I feel grateful for having those people in my life: a sweet brother who is 19 years younger than me, a sweet kid who I met at a trip, an old lady I met at a community house.

These people I can imagine spending the whole day with them without being bored, that even when we are silent to each other, it is still fine. You feel their pain when they are under pain and their joy when they are happy. Sometimes, we do not even need to do anything together and it is still good. Sometimes, just by looking into each other’s eyes, we know what we are thinking. Many times, you get what they are saying right away. They make you laugh. You also get mad at them when they do something silly.

Connection is when you feel naturally connected. There is no pressure nor duty around. There is no homework attached. Connection takes no worries. Connection is a feeling. Connection is solid and enough. To be able to spend time with someone you feel connected is exciting. Connection requires no material. Connection needs no test. Connection does not have a start or an end. Connection also embeds in it freedom, trust and reliability. Connection disregards distance, when you are connected to a person, it does not matter how far you are to that person. Connection is alive, it is when you keep wondering the in relation with that person, that how he or she is doing. Connection is just there, that you do not have to look around to find. Connection is ordinary and it flows with life’s current. Connection is like clouds on the sky, casual, pure, ongoing, always present and still. Connection needs no colors, it is just authentic, just as it is. Connection is when you feel like you know the person way before you meet him or her. Connection is when you know. Connection needs no definition or term. And connection is what gets a relationship last long.

Connection makes a meaning for being ❤
